Prof. Dr. Mohamed El-Tabai, Dean of the Institute, handed over to Dr. Mohamed Ahmed Fikry Badran, Assistant Professor of Fish Physiology at the Institute, the decision of His Excellency the President of the University to assign him as Head of the Aquatic Hatchery Production Department at the Institute of Fish Farming and Fish Technology.
