IT Services and Support

The Information Technology Unit aims to activate the information technology services at the institute level to serve the educational process, faculty members, students, and workers. Moreover, the unit performs the following tasks in coordination with the central projects at the university:
- Operation and maintenance of the information network.
- Monitor the technical use of the network and provide technical support to all users.
- Solve all malfunctions in the devices and networks, and coordinate with the university's information network, the Center for
- anagement Information Systems, the e-learning center, the library automation project, and the training project
- Providing wireless internet networks in the open spaces of the college available to students and faculty members
- Supervising the maintenance and updating of computers and printers.
- Operating and activating the e-mail service for students and faculty members.
- Supervising the college portal and activating the various services available in it.
- Using information technology in all its services to serve the educational process and scientific research.
- Creating a YouTube channel that publishes educational, scientific, and student activities.
- Training faculty members in information and communications technology through the university's ICTP training center.
- Providing technical support to users and beneficiaries in particular:
- Management Information Systems Applications Project (MIS)
- Digital Library Project and Mechanization of Libraries
- E-learning project
- Information Network Infrastructure Project.
- Training Project.
- The electronic portal project
