Dean's Word

Within the framework of the country’s keenness to develop natural resources and the elements of Egyptian food security, Suez Canal University has established distinguished research programs in various fields of application. One of these important facilities that contribute to the training of specialized cadres in the field of fish farming is the technological means and the production of fish fry of various types. The Institute of Fish Farming and Technology SCU is the first of its kind in the Arab region, as it is an institute for postgraduate studies specialized in the field of fish farming. The institute also provides opportunities for cooperation with the institutes and the corresponding bodies in Southeast Asia and various countries of the world in order to exchange experiences.

As the Dean of the Institute, I am honored to manage this pioneering scientific institution and look forward to developing the institute to be a rich tributary of science in order to build an innovative personality in our graduate students. Finally, I wish all best to the students, administrators, and colleagues of the Institute.
